Update

I haven't posted for a while! When your kids get older and into sports and other activities life gets crazy! The girls are loving Soccer, and Ryan is liking T-ball! Ryan's team is all 4 and 5 year old that have no clue what's going on half the time! His 1st game is this Saturday so we'll see how they do! We had a good Spring Break! I like having the girls around but I am glad to get back into regular life today! We played outside a lot went on a few bike rides, park, and we went to The Children's Museum. That was pretty fun but expensive...don't think we will do that again for a while.

I have started up running again and it feels pretty good! I slacked this winter so I am really trying to keep with it and get myself ready for summer! My goal it to run 5 days a week no less. I did great last week, ran good every day Monday-Friday! Good start to this week so far! I also got the kids into a different school for next school year...which I am excited and nervous about! I really like the school they go to and it's nice that it is just down the street, but the girls have had kind of a rough year, especially Ashley. She doesn't have a choice of friends for some reason her grade is really lacking on girls. Her 2 friends that she plays with have been really mean and bring her down way more than build her up. They are jealous of her because the boy they like likes Ashley and they call her fat and tell her she is too girly. I know there is going to be mean kids at every school but at least she will have a better choice of friends! With open enrollment in our area our school is letting too many bad kids in that don't even live in the area. We really like the teachers and staff so it is hard to leave but I hope it will be a good change especially for my girls! We will miss it but are excited for a better school and new friends!

Happy 2nd Birthday Corbin

I can't believe my baby boy turned 2 on Sunday! Corbin is such a fun kid with the funniest personality! He seriously completes our family and brings so much happiness to us all! He had a great birthday! My mom happened to be in town and my sister and her family were here too! It was so fun hanging out with family for the night! Corbin had a blast with his new toys!
Corbin was so excited about his birthday and he made sure everyone knew it was HIS birthday cake!

Valentines Dinner

So both my hubby and I really don't like Valentines Day! We hate the commercialism of it! Any way Daniel and Ashley were sweet and brought me pretty pink carnations home on Saturday! Even though we don't care for Valentines Day I still try to make it fun for my kids! I have been sick so I didn't come up with anything cool this year, we just had some Biscuits and pink Gravy for dinner! I made pink juice to go along with it and we actually ate with real plates (usually use paper plates)!

Looks kind of gross but it actually tasted really good! Thanks to my SIL Naomi for telling me how to make homemade gravy!

Sad Day

So this morning we had to say goodbye to Daniel's sister Amber, her husband Jean Daniel and their sweet girls Syriana, Lyra and Trinity. They are moving to Philadelphia for a new job. I am so excited for them to have a new adventure in their lives but I am so sad to see them go. It's always sad to be away from family but not only were they are family they were our great friends. We hung out with them all the time! We will especially miss our Sunday nights with them hangin out laughing, joking, Debating(Daniel & Jean Daniel mostly), and eating good food! Our kids are so close to their kids and have had so much fun having cousins to hang out with on a weekly basis! It is going to be so weird not having them here! Well anyway no more sappy stuff...just want to say they will truly be missed! Good luck Mbackob family!

Boys Boys!

I absolutely love the stage Corbin is in right now and has been in for a few months now! Seriously..I don't know if he can get any cuter! He is learning so much and copying his older brother and sisters. He has been talking so much lately! He says so many words and phrases now I can't even list them all! He goes around the house singing, "Go Diego Go", (Diego is the only thing he will actually sit down and watch.) He also runs around saying "practice, practice", he is saying it because of watching Ryan run around at wrestling practice! He is just so silly. Today he was banging a toy hammer on the cupboards and saying "fixed it mommy"! When I put him to bed he also yells "I love you" "goodnight" about 50 times before he will actually be quiet and go to sleep! It is so fun watching him grow up and learn new things! I want to enjoy every little thing because I won't have another kid to go through this with! Here is a picture of him "fixing" the cupboard!

Corbin loves tractors! He also loves trains! He loves books too, his favorite is "Are you my mother", he wants books read to him constantly.

Ryan is growing up so much too lately! He has started saying bigger words lately and acting like he is older! I got him all registered for kindergarten yesterday. He will be in full day, I wanted half day but they aren't having it at our school. Since he will be almost 6 I hope he does ok. It is so sad to think of him being gone all day. He's my little buddy and he keeps Corbin entertained through out the day. He hasn't ever gone to preschool or anything so he is not use to being away from us that long! He has done sports classes and wrestling but we have always stayed with him the whole time. Well I am sure he will be ok. He will hopefully have the same teacher Ashley and Hailey both had, it's nice that I already know her!

Ryan has been in wrestling for a while but I haven't taken any pictures of him. I took this one of him in his shirt and short they gave him and he is just so cute! He has grown up so much lately I can't believe it! He likes wrestling and Daniel likes taking him. Last year he only went a few time and it wasn't that serious, this year he has really got into and is learning a lot!

Hailey and Ryan made this snowman the other day! I thought it was cute and I liked the hat and scarf they chose! I'm not quite sure if it is a man or a women!
