Camping and Fishing

We had our Ward Campout last weekend and it was pretty fun!

On the way home from our campout we went fishing. Ryan caught his 1st fish!

This sequence of pictures of Corbin crack me up! First Daniel is holding the water bottle for him to chew on, then he decides he needs a drink, and then I think he got too much! The last one is just how cute he is!

Girls 1st Day of School

Ashley and Hailey had their 1st day of school on Monday! Ashley is in 2nd grade and Hailey is in 1st grade. It has been weird without them around, I realized how much I miss their help with Corbin! They have loved it so far!

Welcome Home Kyle!!!!

My nephew Kyle is in the Army and got home safely from Iraq, yesterday! He was gone a year, we are so proud of him and the service he did for our country. Today Kyle and Tara had to take his mom, Sherry, back to the airport in Denver, so we met them at the Downtown Aquarium to have lunch! It was great to see them! We are excited that Kyle and Tara are stationed in Colorado Springs which is 1 hour from us! So hopefully we will be able to see them more often!

While we were at the Aquarium their was a scuba diver in the tank and he came to the glass and was waving at the kids and playing with them through the glass!

New Concrete Patios

We got a new concrete patio and sidewalk in our front yard. Here are some before and after pictures!

We also redid the patio in the back and made it bigger. The top pictures are the before and after and the bottom pictures are just some after of the back patio.

Family Reunion

We had a good time at our family reunion in Island Park, Idaho. We loved seeing all the family and we did a lot of fun things. Of coarse I didn't take hardly any pictures, kinda hard to remember to take pictures when you have a baby in your arms almost the whole time! But here are a few I did take.
Rodeo fun! Daniel use to work at this ranch when he would stay with his Grandma in the summers.

One night we did humanitarian kits with the whole family. Ashley and Hailey loved it they were so into helping and did a really good job.

Picture with Great Grandma and Grandpa South. They are just so cute! It is so amazing, Grandma South remembers every ones name in the family. They are my kids great, great grandparents!


We also got an old time photo done in West Yellowstone but I left it at Daniel's grandma's house. So when I get it I'll post it!

Hail Storm

Here are a few pics of the bad hail storm we had. We were pretty lucky, some people had a lot more damage than us.
This is our garden all destroyed. Our corn was still standing but it is pretty beat up and ruined. Everything in our garden was growing so good. We had squash, peas, tomatoes, green peppers, watermelon & pumpkin. At least we got a lot of good peas and I picked one squash before this.

It was really crazy! The damage stinks but over all it was a little exciting! The kids were still up and Daniel's sister and her husband and kids were over at our house when it happened. The kids were loving it! As soon as it started Daniel ran out to put our Tahoe in the garage and it was coming down so fast and hard he got stuck out in the garage for about 10 minutes. His truck got some dents but nothing too bad. Some of our neighbors had several windows broke and siding off of their houses and bad roof damage.
