My girls' birthdays

On May 29th Ashley turned 9 years old! I can't believe my 1st baby is that old! She has grown into such smart fun girl! Here are a few pictures, I feel like I didn't get any really good ones. Her birthday was on a Sunday and she had to hurry and open her presents before church.

This was her big gift! She wanted scriptures with her name on them so bad! I love the look on her face, she looks so shocked!

Hailey turned 8 on June 6th! I can't believe these girls growing up so fast! Hailey's baptism is scheduled for July 2nd. Hailey is such a sweet and loving girl!
Hailey got a new bike for her birthday! She needed a bigger one so she got a nice one like her sister got last year. She looks too small for it but she can actually ride it really well. She was very excited and had no idea! Here is a picture of her and Ashley all ready for a bike ride!

Fun, fun, fun

Today we wanted to do something since Daniel was off, so we took the kids to a track to ride their ATV and Dirtbike! They haven't rode for a while so we took them to an easy spot that they could practice. They had so much fun, and we loved watching them!
Ashley had tons of fun on the ATV! She wasn't too into the dirtbike because she had a little incident she hasn't gotten over so we couldn't get her to ride it! She got really good at shifting today and was cruisin pretty fast!
Hailey loves the Dirtbike! She is so good on it and learned how to shift good! She is a natural! She kept wanting Daniel to adjust the throttle so she could go faster!
Ryan rode both but he prefers the ATV! He is still a little short for the bike. He was cruisin fast on the ATV too. He even went close to water through some mud!
Daniel took Corbin for a little ride on both machines but mostly he just had fun playing with daddy's tools!

Ashley

I wasn't going to post this but then I watched it again and couldn't believe how Ashley is growing up! After field day last week the 3rd grade had a celebration of learning and they all recited poems that they chose and memorized. Ashley was so nervous you can tell by the way she is playing with her hair at the beginning! She was all I don't want to do this in front of both classes and all the parents! The weekend before she brought her poem home but wouldn't let me see it. I asked her if she wanted to practice it and she said no I already know it good. I guess she did, she said it so fast too!

Corbin is so funny with his hats! Well actually they are Ryan's hats but he's nice and shares with his little brother! Corbin is always going and getting one and putting it on by himself! I love the first 3 pictures sequence!

Ryan and Corbin have become quite the little buddies playing outside together while their sisters are at school!

Update

I haven't posted for a while! When your kids get older and into sports and other activities life gets crazy! The girls are loving Soccer, and Ryan is liking T-ball! Ryan's team is all 4 and 5 year old that have no clue what's going on half the time! His 1st game is this Saturday so we'll see how they do! We had a good Spring Break! I like having the girls around but I am glad to get back into regular life today! We played outside a lot went on a few bike rides, park, and we went to The Children's Museum. That was pretty fun but expensive...don't think we will do that again for a while.

I have started up running again and it feels pretty good! I slacked this winter so I am really trying to keep with it and get myself ready for summer! My goal it to run 5 days a week no less. I did great last week, ran good every day Monday-Friday! Good start to this week so far! I also got the kids into a different school for next school year...which I am excited and nervous about! I really like the school they go to and it's nice that it is just down the street, but the girls have had kind of a rough year, especially Ashley. She doesn't have a choice of friends for some reason her grade is really lacking on girls. Her 2 friends that she plays with have been really mean and bring her down way more than build her up. They are jealous of her because the boy they like likes Ashley and they call her fat and tell her she is too girly. I know there is going to be mean kids at every school but at least she will have a better choice of friends! With open enrollment in our area our school is letting too many bad kids in that don't even live in the area. We really like the teachers and staff so it is hard to leave but I hope it will be a good change especially for my girls! We will miss it but are excited for a better school and new friends!

Happy 2nd Birthday Corbin

I can't believe my baby boy turned 2 on Sunday! Corbin is such a fun kid with the funniest personality! He seriously completes our family and brings so much happiness to us all! He had a great birthday! My mom happened to be in town and my sister and her family were here too! It was so fun hanging out with family for the night! Corbin had a blast with his new toys!
Corbin was so excited about his birthday and he made sure everyone knew it was HIS birthday cake!

Corbin is so cute with his Beary Bear and Blanky (That's what he call them)! He loves them!
