Happy 5th Birthday (a few days early)

Ryan turns 5 on Saturday the 16th! I can't believe how big he is getting! Ryan, Corbin and I are going to Arizona for the next few days so we celebrated his Birthday early! He also got to pick out his presents early too! He got a skateboard and a new helmet, darts for his gun and a foot ball! He picked pizza for dinner and he got to pick out an ice cream cake from dairy queen! He is such a fun loving kid! We love him and hope he had a good early birthday!

My 1st 5K Race

Saturday I did my 1st 5K race! I thought I was going to do so bad because I was sick with a sore throat. I actually didn't do bad, my time was 28:37. I came in 5th place out of 52 other women and 27th place out of 118 of all the men and women! It was a fun experience and I think I will definitely keep doing it! After my race they had a 1 mile walk/run, I didn't register my girls in it but Uncle Jeff was nice enough to take Ashley, Hailey and his daughter Maddie! The girls loved it and thought it was cool they got to do a race too!
Starting off, I know I look like a total dork! I definitely don't have that sexy runners form down!
Coming into the finish line! The old man in front of me was so cute, after we crossed the finish line he said good job and thanks for coming up on me it pushed me to go faster!
My girls and cousin Maddie coming through the finish line for their 1 mile!
They are so cute!

School days

Yay school started up again!!! Actually I miss the girls being around we had a good summer! Here are a few pictures of the girls on the 1st day of school. They both were kind of nervous this year and there were a few things we didn't like at first, but I think it will be OK they both like their Teachers a lot! I have started doing a some pre-school with Ryan so he can be already for Kindergarten next year. Since Corbin was born I haven't worked with Ryan very much so we are trying to play catch up.

High Lights

So Daniel had a brilliant idea of highlighting the girls' hair by ourselves! Well it didn't turn out very good. Ashley's looked OK except for some spots on the top. Hailey's was so bad she looked like a leopard. Poor girl!

So the next day I took them to a salon and had it fixed! It looks a lot better and the girls love it!

New Toy

Daniel brought the kids home a new dirt bike yesterday! You would think with our business our kids would already know how to dirt bike but this was the first time they have ridden one! They loved it of coarse! Ryan was a little short for it but he still rode it by himself! This morning he told me "mom, dad said he is going to get me into dirt bike racing next year." I said "wow that's cool, son." Then he says "but mom when is it going to be next year!" Poor kid doesn't realize how time goes!

Family Reunion

We had our family reunion in Island Park, Idaho at the end of July. It was a lot of fun but of course didn't get a lot of pictures of everything we did! Sorry if you are my face book friend these are a lot of the same pictures I put on there! Below are pictures of the kids drinking from the ice cold springs, Corbin in West Yellowstone, and the last picture is of the kids in front of Quake Lake (a lake that was formed from an earthquake, it took down some of the mountain and dammed a river to make the lake).

Then we have pictures of fun at Island Park Reservoir. We brought our boat and our little kids kayak, and some family rented jet skis out there. Tons of fun on the water! We also rafted the river! We always have so much fun every year at this reunion, we look forward to it all year!
