Happy Birthday Hailey & 40th Anniversary to my Parents

Today was Hailey's 6th Birthday! She was born exactly 1year and 8days after Ashley. She was a surprise when we found out I was pregnant with her! But we are so glad to have the girls close. Hailey was born completely natural (not by choice)! She came so fast! She was a good baby, and didn't cry a lot. We had a good day, we started off with cake for breakfast and opening presents. Then Daniel had to test the boat so we went out to the lake. It turned out the boat wasn't working right so we had to get someone to tow us back to the docks. Then we went to the swim beach at the Lake and had a picnic lunch. The kids had so much fun playing with squirt guns and catching frogs with Daniel. Then later Hailey picked Country Buffet for dinner. She told us it was the best Birthday she's ever had! Here is Hailey as a baby:

Hailey is such a good girl, we love her so much! I can't believe she is 6 already! Some things we love about Hailey are:
She is such a sweet girl.
She is so loving and caring to all of us.
She has a tender heart .
She is so good with Corbin, she will just sit there forever talking to him and singing to him and he loves it!
She gives us such good massages and back scratches (I think the girl has some future in that proffesion!
We love Hailey so much and are so glad she is in our family!

June 6th also my parents 40th wedding anniversary! 40 years of Marriage, 5 Kids, and 20 Grandchildren! I love you mom and dad, hope you had a good day!

Silly Kids

They were having so much fun on the trampoline today! They had the sprinkler on under it for a while. I came out to film them doing something else but caught this instead! Looks kind of dangerous, huh! It was funny but after I filmed it I didn't let them push each other anymore.

Happy Birthday Ashley

My first born child! I love all my kids the same but I think the 1st born child always holds a special part in your heart! I was so excited to have Ashley, I didn't know if she was a boy or girl until I had her. She was breach and the Drs. couldn't turn her so I had to have a C-Section. I hated that I couldn't hold her right away. I thought I was going to have a boy but when they said "it's a girl, I was so excited! I couldn't wait to dress her in all those cute little girl clothes! She was a little colic until 3 months but after that she was such a good girl. She has grown up too fast!

I can't believe Ashley is 7. She has turned into such a big girl soooo fast! Ashley had a great day. We started the day off with cake and ice cream! She was so excited and couldn't wait. Daniel wouldn't get off work until 6:30 so we decided to do it before he left in the morning! Last year the girls got a big party at Monkey Bizness, that was expensive, so this year we kept it low key and just celebrated it with our little family!

Here are some things we just love about this girl:
Ashley has a funny and strong personality, she loves to joke around, and doesn't let things get to her.
Ashley is a big help! She helps with the baby, cooking, anything. When I ask her to do something she gets it done fast and I rarely have to ask her again!
She is very loving, and caring!
She loves animals and babies and is so good with them.
She has such a fun loving, carefree personality, she loves life and enjoys every second of it!
There is so much more, but we will leave it at that!

Ohhh how sad...

Slacker

I have been such a slacker with this blog lately! It seems I have been so busy with the baby, and the girls end of the school year stuff. Corbin is getting so big, he is growing out of all his 0-3 months clothes and he is only 2 months and a week! He smiles a lot and I even got him to laugh the other day! He is a pain, he cries every time you put him down. But he sure is cute!



We also took the kids to a place called Tiny Town today. We met Daniel's sister and her family there. It was a lot of fun seeing all the Tiny things!

Blessing Day

Today we had Corbin blessed in church. He looked so CUTE in his little suit! It was kind of sad when we thought about this being the last time we ever have a baby blessed in church. I couldn't get any pictures of him smiling because he was half asleep when I had them all ready for pictures!
